I've never had a yard sale, but this was for a good cause. We got rid of a bunch of junk, and people weren't coming to our house...win, win! Ten dollars to buy a table went to Burley's Yearbook Club, and we could keep the rest. We loaded my van with stuff, and the girls came to help me set up and sell. We were disappointed in the turnout, and I was really scared that I would be loading AJ's big kitchen back in my car, but we did sell it before it ended. We packed up what we didn't sell and took it right to the Schoolhouse Thrift Shop and the SPCA Rummage Sale. We ended up returning home with just a small box of stuff. Success! [Saturday May 10 was the date.]
